- What about dermoscopy?
- Dermoscopic findings are captured where they were verbalized during the visit. If you did not describe them aloud, the draft does not invent them.
- How are biopsy and lab results documented?
- The Results section carries pathology and laboratory results, with the report diagnosis line kept as written, and has lines for biopsy pathology, KOH prep, culture and patch test results.
- Can I edit the format for my practice?
