More questions, answered plainly- How does pricing work for a clinic with several providers?
- Per provider. Each clinician who records visits needs a seat at the plan price, monthly or annual. Front-desk and clinical staff who use tasks and messaging but do not record visits need no seat. You add or remove seats from your billing screen whenever your team changes.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, and the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Is there a long-term contract?
- No. Plans run month to month, and there's no long-term commitment. Enterprise plans may carry custom terms.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit cards and ACH transfers. Enterprise customers can also be invoiced.
- Is my data secure?
- Notermed is built for HIPAA. Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest and covered by a full audit trail, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with every clinic before any patient data is processed.
- Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing costs 25% less than paying monthly, per seat. Switch between monthly and annual at the top of the pricing page to see both figures.
- What happens when my free sessions run out?
- You'll be asked to choose a paid plan. Nothing you've recorded or written goes anywhere; it all stays exactly as it was while you decide.
